1. User Eligibility

1.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity. Registration constitutes a declaration of compliance with this age requirement.
1.2 Users from the following regions are prohibited: Internationally sanctioned countries/regions (e.g., Crimea, North Korea, etc.). For the full list, refer to the website announcement.

2. Services and Subscriptions

2.1 OpenPAO provides AI visual model services, including but not limited to:

• Image/video content recognition and analysis
• Customized model API calls
• Other technical features (subject to official website descriptions)

2.2 Subscriptions and Cancellation:

• Users may cancel auto-renewal subscriptions at any time via the account management page. No refunds will be issued for already paid periods.
• Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Methods:

• Domestic users: WeChat Pay
• International users: PayPal (or other supported local payment methods)
• All payments follow a prepaid model.

3.2 No-Refund Policy:

• All top-ups or subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases where OpenPAO service failures prevent usage (proof required).
• Exceptions: Refunds mandated by law (e.g., EU Consumer Protection Laws).

4. User Obligations

4.1 Prohibited activities include:

• Using the service to process illegal content (e.g., hate speech, child exploitation materials);
• Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial resale of APIs;
• Violations of local data protection laws (e.g., EU GDPR, US CCPA).

4.2 Users are responsible for the legality of uploaded content. OpenPAO reserves the right to remove non-compliant data and suspend accounts.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 AI models may have inaccuracies. OpenPAO does not guarantee absolute accuracy in output results.
5.2 OpenPAO is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by user misuse of services.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 User data will only be used to provide services. Cross-border data transfers may be subject to local laws (e.g., EU data must comply with GDPR).
6.2 Data deletion requests must be submitted via email to customer support.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Applicable Law:

• Chinese users: Governed by Chinese law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of [Wuhan].
• International users: Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

7.2 OpenPAO reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
